Interval training with Kim: 4x (600m + 200m with crossing the football field jogging in between 600m and 200m); 3' rest between each heat. 600m: 1'53", 1'49", 1'51" and 1'55"; 200m: 32", 32", 33", 32".
Since last week I am having really trouble with my hay fever when I am pushing really hard --> I am having trouble with breathing then especially when doing intervals which makes it impossible to push all the way. Hope it will not last too long any more as it is frustrating.
