Today I ran the long distance race in 'Zoniƫnwoud'. The race was run in pairs, I ran with Thomas VDK (our Belgian Champ long distance). We have both had some problems with our achilles tendon so we opted for the 14K course instead of the 20K course. A bit prudent but the right choice. It was a mass start, we were a bit too late at the start so everybody had already started but it was nice to catch them all. Good training!

Football 1:30:00 [4]

After a very tough workweek with little sleep, it's weekend again and it was football time. It was really nice to play the match but from the beginning on I felt that my body was still so tired and that I couldn't push hard. Anyway, we won with 4-2. Now it's wintertime so competition will only restart the 17th of January.

5 tours in the parc of Kessel-Lo and running in between home and the parc. Nice to be a bit outside after loooonggg days at work.

Very busy week at work. Will not train much during this week. From the weekend on, I want to train more again.
