Pre-dinner run on some overgrown ski trails which we quickly gave up on and ran down the gravel road instead.
Wanted to do a bit of speed work but felt oddly content to just sit back and jog while out there. did a half dozen 100 sprints at the end instead.
Note... heart rate data is clearly bogus again. Annoying because I just replaced the battery last week.
