Note

I want to go do long stuff
my knees are not that great, not getting worse but not really improving.
Don't know whether a rest will do them good.
Also my heel is being a bit of a pain, running ok but am aware it could flare up.
I think perhaps a few days off woud be a good plan mainly for the heel.
I'm feeling quite good and if there weren't these niggles I could be doing some great running.
frustrating.

Note

Must keep stretching my back and hamstrings more regularly, to keep knees working.
And hopefully to free them up so the agro in the left goes away.

I wonder if this is the reason that the problems started.
Since both the cartlige tear and aggravation of the other knee kicked off together.

Fell running 1:15:00 [3] +500m

RAn from Ballater out west and then up a ridge north of the road, then turned east to cross Glen Gairn, when I reached the steep drop I realised that if I had thought about it there ould be at least a stream to cross. 20m wade through knee deep river, chilly. Next climbed up into some lovely birch and pine forest before dropping back towards Ballater.
