DRR random reps - a lot of fun tonight!! In relay teams of three so my 'random' efforts and rests were about: 5.30 (1.50) 3.30 (3.30) 7.30 (1.40) 3.30 (3.40) 1.40
Also went to see a physio today - slight warning signs (morning-after stiffness) in my knees so wanted a review and advice moving forward. No real issues, likely some stiffness due to tightness but no 'active injury'. So I have some progressions of exercises for hip stability and advice for ITB rolling. Nice and reassuring :) but I'm also acutely aware I need to watch training volume! Just get a bit keen.. ;)

Started cycling to the gym before realising I really couldn't face the xtrainer! Clear and no wind so just carried on on my bike :) it was so cold in running leggings, trainers and ankle socks, but still happy to be outside! 22.5km
Horrible cycle home! Nearly blown off my bike, then off the road, then a pile up when a pug escaped from it's owner and ran across me on a busy road :( 19km

Gave myself 2.5hrs (ish!) to try and get as much climb in up different paths over Auchterhouse/Balkello/Craigowl! More than expected :) especially whilst trying to make it up as I went along! Surely with a bit of planning the vertical mile would be possible..
