Running 23:40 [5] 5.55 km (4:16 / km)

DRR long reps - 7x ~720m in pairs with recovery depending on partner. Paired with Matty so my rests were only about 50-55s! Hardest I've run in a while but really enjoyed it! Exhausted by the end :)

Running 2:04:15 [3] 21.15 km (5:52 / km) +430m 5:20 / km

Bus to Piperdam for a longish run on tired legs over to Northballo Hill - really good route, moorland and woods and easy to make longer/hillier :) legs tired by the end.

TVU in Nov is 65km so figured if I could hit 60km over two days in one piece I have a decent chance of getting round in a good time!

Got the bus out to Alyth and did a section of the Cateran Trail to Bridge of Cally, Blairgowrie and back to Alyth :) fun :) variety of road, tracks, woods, moorland and little paths :) legs felt alright at the end, not so good after a cold hours bus drive back!

Note
(rest day)

Had fully intended on doing something after work but it did not happen. Always tired after a 7 day stretch but planning a couple of long runs on days off so it certainly won't do any harm :)
