DRR short reps - 12x ~300m on the grass by Riverside, jog back after each one :) legs very sluggish! Got better as it went on :) most beautiful sunset made it worth it!!

On call so a bit restricted! Failed attempt at the gym when I realised I had no signal so went for laps of baxter park with 2x 10min of hill sprints - quite enjoyed it :) legs fine after yesterday!
Sooo much fun :) super windy on the top but bright sunshine almost the whole way and a lot of cheery people out! Have bought poles for DB so had a bit of a practice up some of the hills!
