DRR 1 mile reps at Finlathen Park.

Long warm up there (looovely sunny day and being on call last night meant I was stuck inside at evening!), 3x 1mile (consistent but slow) with a 2min ish jog but then stopped for everyone to regroup (stopped watch, very faffy!). Run home after.

Legs alright on the slower running but abso dead attempting to run fast.

Met Sarah for a really fun cycle up the Sidlaws and a cafe stop at Rait :) such a sunny day, really warm but a massive headwind on the way back! New bike is just fabulous :) big fan :) 88km
