Left knee has been grumbling this week so swapped intervals for hills! There's a 'great' gradual hill on the Moncrieff loop: ~1.3km and 90ish climb ~5.30mins :) so did 5.. legs abso burning! 28km total. Quite enjoyed it..

Absolutely fabulous long run up Clachnaben and Mount Battock with Bex :) super warm and sunny, gorgeous views and lots of chat! Dying a bit at 2.5hrs I think mostly with the heat and legs complaining up the last hill!! So much fun though :) :) :)

Mixed sprint relay (forest) legs 1 + 4 Glen Devan - got absolutely carried away! Raced off, mp'd twice on the first loop (openly followed Tessa to two of her short gaffles!) as forgot I had to actually read my map not just run.. remembered to read my map and descriptions on the second loop though.. so much fun to be racing :)
