12x ~420m loops incl. uphill and downhill, recovery was partners rep.

Well matched so reps and recovery worked out to ~90s :) good session :)

Plus there and back, starting to feel more normal :)

Alloa half marathon

Really good start, feeling comfortable :) then turned the corner at about 9.5km straight into wind and rain! Through 10km in low 39 but slowed a lot on the undulating 6-7km ish stretch into the wind! Struggled up the hill at about 16-17km then really worked hard to the finish!

Lovely course (minus the wind!!) but dropping 10-20s/km on the back straight! Type 2 fun today ;) initially a bit disappointed as 80s slower than York in Jan.. but that was pan flat and zero wind.. now looking forwards to a bit of hill running and even some orienteering :D
