warm up and down (via the quidditch game..!)

Orienteering 1:01:38 [4] 12.4 km (4:58 / km)

City Race.. Didn't go to no.38 :( completely missed it out! Would have added about a minute onto my time looking at other peoples splits..

Straight line distance - 7.4

So much fun though :) quite scrappy, two big mistakes losing 2min30s then a few more smaller mistakes but would have been hard to have a perfect run! Also ran 15-18, i really need to work on counting! Quite tricky in places especially the last college but felt quite good running :) really good :)
