Quite a lot of training recently! The goal of this year is ultraks in August so have opted for the volume and hills approach, whether that's cycling or running. With starting extra weekend hours and the 12hr days in the last month it does all feel like quite a lot going on so am trying not to get too carried away with running/cycling.. sometimes a bit difficult, oops! Looking forwards to three peaks and Jura though :)
