OCIN. Garr Hill North. Interschoolastics, red course. Feeling a bit dizzy in the morning. Could be inner ear problem since this has happened a few times this week. Felt better by race time. Beautiful day and lots of time to warm up and stretch so felt good at the start. If only I had some training. Great run until a 12 min screw up on 10. Still not out of contention, 3rd in M45 and I think 7th on red. Entered as intensity 5 for first time in quite awhile since I tried not to hold back.
