Night run, Lee-Graham loop. Added a circuit of the parking lot to get the distance up to an even 4 miles. Square dance class was cancelled.

Run to work. Includes warmup prerun (5:22 0.56mile) so I will not have to make a pitstop in woods on the run. - Bathroom warmup ploy did not work. All that happened is that I did not need to go until I was past the woods and had nowhere to stop. 50 min of distress. Had planned to push a bit the 2nd half but bagged that. On the plus side, I found 18 cents. (2 nickels, 8 pennies and 4 ChuckieCheese tokens). Did better on the stoplights also, only wasted 3 minutes.
