I think i found the reason why i was injured.
In the evening small run to see if i am tommorow ready to start.
Didn't train much alternative because i wasn't motivated
Can't really feel any progress :/
I heared yesterday that emma klingenberg had the same injury but it was because she ran to much with o-shoes.
Power training is now my basic training.
If everything goes well i am starting wednesday at the bel-ranking event.
