22,5 km there and 22,5 km back next to river.
Ofcourse Tire had to explode at the turning point.
Was really hard for legs and knees to get back. But luckily Desmond pushed me. Now knee kinda hurts.

Sprint in Ham,

Took it very easy.
Mostly was city but also parts in the forest where you couldnt leave the path. Legs were tired but was recovered directly after finish.

Antwerp orienteers
Went a bit earlier with Desmond so i could run over 1 hour 30.
Ran very slowly the first half hour, then went along with the antwerp orienteers but lost them in the accelations, did an extra lap in the park and went home!

Race in the netherlands, map was really green with a lot of spiky bushes.

Mostly long legs over the path, didnt feel that good in legs so decided to take things easy. Made about 1' mistake towards control 4 because i got stuck in the spicky bushes. Otherwise quite clean race!

Warming up before club race!

Club competition organised before the general board of hamok.

First part was without black on the map. Went full speed there only lost 15 seconds at one control, was kinda fun because i catched everyone that started in front of me.

Second part was an orienteering Quiz. We had 3 questions where there would be numbers in the answers and then you should run to the matching controls.
My questions were:
-The eddy Merckx who didnt cycle but also became world champion, what is his sport? *
-Which was the first operating system of windows? **
- Which app is known for checking you in at certain locations?***
Knew all the answers so completed that part quite fast.

Then the last 3 controls were on a map of 1985. Which wasnt too hard this time.

Came first to the finnish, but Gunter Defrerme was faster then me overall.

Long Antwerp orienteers, got tired and lost the group but felt like i had to do 1 hour 30 so i did, went a bit around in the end to check the map i am going to draw.

2 Different Trainings,
1 was linerun (quite difficuld) which was quite nice but made some big mistakes, though not many in the club did it perfect.
2 was a short oro hydro course, i ran together for most of the time with Thomas and Mira, sometimes the tempo was high

Went towards linkeroever via voetgangerstunnel and did a small lap there!
Legs still quite tired! Did 4 small surges (2 on stairs) to keep the speed.

orienteering in beackeland! legs felt like shit thr first 14 controls but managed to stay motivated and do ok splits in the end! was fun even though the body felt bad afterwards!

Ronde van vlaanderen for cyclotourist 2015! to good to not post it! first 5 hours where pretty shit because it was raining all the time! luckily that was over when the first hills and coblestone sections where there, took them.allright although slower then mario aerts (my collugue) so after each hill i had to race to co.e back in his weel! first 6 hills went okayish. After that the real shit started with the really tough ones! couldnt get up the koppenberg, too steep and whet. after koppenberg got some bike troubles and had to stop for a repair. After that it was the taaienberg which was kinda epic because many people had to walk and only the worst pkaces to cycle were left! still managed allright! after 5 more hills legs felt really shit and i knew only kwaremont and patersberg were left! tried to attack on kwaremont (3 km uphill coblestones) but instead of speeding up my body got rid of its last energy and basicly went superslow towards the finish, when i arrived at patersberg( 300 meter cobblestones 13%) i had no hope of getting on that mountain but somehow i did it! was so tired after that that i couldnt brake anymore and felt pretty hard in the downhill! 20 minutes later i reached the finish of a 12 hours epic journey!
