And i think i reached my goal!

Running till the icetrack in Wilrijk, Tried to take a shortcut trough some park with a lot of grass. Turns out the park was a graveyard, and the grass was the place were they put the ashes, now i understand why people were looking so mad at me :)

My goal was to skate as long as possible and in the end of the session i wasn't to tired. I only stopped 5 minutes because some girl asked for my celephone number! To bad she was too young so i couldn't gave it :D
Anyway my skating style improved very much during the session. I felt only 1 time because some kid was too slow.

With the speed i skated today it is possible to finish the elfstedentocht in time (but ofcourse i am not able yet to skate it that long so i need more training) although it would be close if i was in the last starting group!

Felt quite good during the whole session I think I am recovered from last weeks camp.
Leg was ok, i had some troubles in the end tough
I am also having a slight cold.
I think that i am ready for the long distance races of next month (jwoc selections , nationale 1)
Now i need to get some speed for the middle distance races (jwoc selections , belgian champs middle distance)

Very difficuld en green forrest.
I had some problems with my navigation in the dark green.
The begining was quite good till control 2 i was in the headgroup then i made a 7 minute mistake to 3. After that i start to feel fysicaly bad.
