Run at Yetar Springs. Bit over the place, concentration wasnt brilliant, all thoughts on watching for snakes with some left over for remembering to lift my knees and look where i was!

Learn How To Run session 1. Every 3 mins or so high knee and butt kick drills to try and train my legs to track straight and not let them wobble inwards.
