Not sure this counts as exercise. We decided to have a lesson cos we were here (bearing in mind I lived in Manly for a year and surfed twice). The waves were nice and small and had time to think about what I was doing and actually managed to stand up do pretty pleased with myself!

Spent the morning working at home in my pyjamas but wanted to fit something in between meetings and flight. Just felt awful, legs so heavy and tired, like pre-iron Jayne. Had intended to do 15 but turned around at the velodrome and barely got through 10.

Nearly cried. Really hope this is just getting over sickness.
