In a pretty sad mood as one of my friends is leaving town. You'd think I'd get used to it.

Spent the morning at home sorting stuff out for my demo / presentation this afternoon. My ability sometimes to go from feeling crap at home to sounding like I know stuff in front of a client sometimes amazes me. I wish sales guys also knew stuff.

Went better than expected but decided to come back home and try run while it was light rather than go to run club. I managed half of it in the light and then managed not to get hit by any cyclists. Pace was pretty good.

In the last 48 hours I've eaten a pumpkin pasty. Stupid stressy loss of appetite.

Just realised my diet today consisted of:
1. an apple
2. a ham cheese croissant
3. a timtam

Spent about 3 hours tonight trying to do something at work that was ultimately a waste of my entire evening. I can see why people have punchbags.

So despite having been handed a beer at some point of the evening I decided to go for a late run. Felt ok. There are now more lights working round the park. It was really very mild and I was too hot.
