Mostly good, few silly hesitations - mainly 1 (it was behind me) and 8 where I went into the wrong path, checked then got slowed by a load of people standing round control.

Sprint the main chance I had against Carolyn as she struggled to see the map and she still beat me by 18 secs.

Been a busy week. Took the hour between phone call and leaving for the airport to run. 5k one way then turned around, not very exciting.

Felt good, hip niggling a bit so stopped halfway to stretch it out.
