Lysterfield loop, didn't feel awesome but according to Strava I'm riding faster. If I didn't stop and wuss out all the time this would be better

Got back from ride a bit quick for the world's fastest climate scientist, who was planning 16 miles in a still stupidly quick time so went for a run looking like a mtber who'd lost their bike to see if my legs worked after riding. Felt heavy but managed to get faster as I went round.
