moist aka it's tipping it down. should do more running like this the body seems to be coping with it. calves a little sore. DnB on the tunes now. time for soup.

3 x 10 x 40kg Leg Press

3 x 10 x 40kg Squats

2 x 5 (alternate legs) x 30kg Lunges

2 x 5 (alternate legs) x 30kg Lunges on to a step

also tried some other techniques and also 10 squats on the wobble board and 10 squats arms up with the band. interesting.
