Coiliochbhar with J and RB. Knew this would be a struggle at the end of a full-on week, but pleased to grind it out. V slow up the hills and a bit wobbly by the end. Nice new line down off Breda by the Lairds Lockdown bike track. Foot surviving fine.

Glencat skyline with JS. Dreich day, no vis, but never actually rained - still completely soaked through by the finish though. Went off line a few times in the mist but just managed to check direction in time, before it got too messy! Foot quite tender by the last climb back up across Glencat to Corsedarder monument, but had been fine up until then. More good company. Brief chat with AD out on MTB too. Coffee and tray bake at FFS earned :-)

Clachnaben and Mt Shade circular from the AA box with Encarna. Feeling pretty tired from yesterday and glutes sore from exercises, so took a while to get going. Felt quite strong on later climbs though. Nice day and good company again.
I like this running lark and it's even better with chums :-)
Heel feeling a bit tender - no running tomorrow.
