Back in the game again. NW and W 5 mile points. Up to Crossroads and along to Queens View. NW was near the top of the road heading towards Tarland. Loop over towards Dinnet then A93 back as far as HB UK. Left bike on the track up towards Braeroddach to get W point on foot - up on the hill off the west end of Balnagowan map. Took a different line back which led to an encounter with a grumpy farmer who wanted to know what I was doing on the track. Don’t really get why they are so much more precious than everyone else. ~1h extra walking time.
Straight back on the bike along the A93.
Great to be out again after a few days of feeling sorry for myself, even if I did get numb feet in the rain :-)

Lap of the woods and fields - clockwise for a change. Foot feeling almost normal walking, so worth trying a run again. Heel a bit sore to start but settled quite well and did feel like I was able to run pretty normally. Encouraging.

Bike intervals at Boddomend again. Same as last time ~1:45 up the hill but lost count and did 11 rather than 10. Then a final effort to actually manage to cycle my roadie all the way back up that f’ing hill to our house for the first time.
Still not feeling very motivated so it was good to get this done.

Foot seems to be settling again. Doing basic exercises for now and plan to restart with JC ones maybe tmrw.

Proper rest day (work apart). Feeling drained, de-motivated and foot still complaining too much.
