Guiding for RTH - Glen Muick to Keiloch over Lochnagar, Carn a Choire Bodeach and Carn t'Sagairt Mor. Good run. Heavy shower / cloud came down as we got to the top of Lochnagar, but lifted again with just another shower near the end. Plenty of views in between. Two big stags right by the summit cairn - never seen them anywhere up there before. Plenty more down in the forest too.
Mostly easy going, especially on the main climb, so hopefully legs will recover reasonably quickly.

Guiding for RTH. Cnoc Dubh and a lap of Loch Kinord. Swapped long run to tomorrow and of course it was a fine enough morning in the end today! Social run with lots of stops and chat.

Guiding for RTH. Loop from Linn of Quoich through Chlas Fhearnaig. Group of 5 ladies + 1 guy plus RC. Steady pace which slowed on the single track as usual. Thankfully not too full on as legs still feeling heavy from Tues I think. Nice running day, good views and good chat.

Warm up then back from high point behind Baudy Meg after reps. Chatting to AS initially which kept me moving faster than usual on the jog back. Sat in the river at the end.

Running hills 36:00 [5] 4.8 km (7:30 / km) +300m 5:43 / km

12 x 2' +1' reps on the track leading round the back of Baudy Meg. Relatively gentle climb until the last few - just as the legs were starting to scream. Felt like I was running ok tonight. Pleasantly surprised.
