Carnferg with DR. Good turn out and a lovely morning. Legs feeling a lot better and this felt much easier than when I went up with J, despite being 4’ quicker.

Across the road towards Belwade. Had planned a loop through Bellwood but there was nothing in the tank so cut short and came back by white cottage and DW.
Sore quads from last night. Feel far more tired than I think I should too.

Usual plus some rolling on the ITB and balance exercises. Going to see if I can do this every day over the holidays.

DNC at Potties. Yay! No major disasters tonight! Pulled off at no 1 by FW but pretty clean after that. New thumb compass setup working fine, although really didn't use magnifier.

Jog to start of hill in Coull and back afterwards

With DR. 10 x 90" (headtorch) hills with jog back recovery. Wasn't sure I'd do the whole session and felt grim for the first couple, but settled into it after that. Managed to push the last one out furthest.

Slow shuffle up Carnferg mid afternoon with J, out and back by the Fungle. Never managed to get out of 2nd gear - think the last few weeks has just drained me. Hopefully I can reclaim my weekends again now, for a while at least.
