Dunachtonmore SOL brown course. Not in the frame of mind for O - had just read KHs blog about MR and it had taken me back to a different place. But I was up for a nice run in the hills. Luckily it turned out to be technically very straight forward and I got away with autopilot for the nav and felt pretty good running. Had a sharp awakening when I came to cross the gorge and was obviously not quite as far upstream as I thought... Not sure if I would have continued the vertical descent if there wasn’t someone ahead who appeared to have got down unscathed. Not the recommended route I feel.
Enjoyed the run out.
Jog up to start of training at Corsedarder. Short loop out onto the open to try and stay warm then back down at the end. Didn't feel the need to do any more today.
