ScotJOS w/e. Hanging at Blackspout. Warm-up lap of the gorge, then collecting second half in.

Orienteering 1:05:00 [3]

Night O at Faskally. Ran 2 loops then picked up some of the controls. Good session.

In to Aboyne via WHW and Bellwood. Had planned to do a bit more today but events have taken over. I'm pretty knackered anyhow.

Before night race. Tea not sitting very well.

Cnoc Dubh night race. Very close to woosing on this. Stomach felt a bit iffy earlier in the day, but decided I was just looking for excuses and gave myself a talking to. Glad I did. The race was tough. I felt heavy and wasn't where I wanted to be, but it was good to do it and it was a great night. Another big fat tick.
