Middle distance at Tornsbergen. Bit more successful today - just a few smaller mistakes - but still well off the pace.

Long walk / jog from the bus then a shorter proper w-u to the start.

Tornbergen. Moving slowly. Plan was to spike the controls. Initial success, but then missing in the circle and not having confidence to persist without full relocation. Could do a lot better.

Control hanging for Rudan fox-hunt. Did minimal. Tired.

Strength and conditioning 15:00 [1]

Olympic weights session.

Running intervals 15:00 [5]

Ravinen club night training. 3' terrain intervals with 2' recovery x5. Trying to encourage athletes to join in, so had to do some myself. Actually ok once I got going.

Didn't intend to go out this morning but it looked too nice to resist. Did the 3.5km Luffarligan course in Nackareservatet, enjoying watching the rucksack over 75 brigade red-lining it through the forest.

Middle distance race. Not the sexiest of areas but fun all the same. Some stupid mistakes trying to run too hard.

Tattby. Starting to flag. Hung a missing control, struggling to get myself moving, but then picked up when I went to collect a loop in and managed to enjoy it.

Hanging a few controls on Hogdalstoppen, Farsta. Then walked round part of the brown only clock- relay. Tricky stuff.

Sitting on the grass waiting for athletes.

Late afternoon. Steady round Nackareservatet on the tracks before doing hills and a short w-d after

10x65s or so with jog back recovery. Using the Ben as a mantra to motivate myself apart from no 4 when I had a cyclist to catch.
Tired but pleased to do this.
