Orienteering race 1:01:00 [5]
SOL 1 Devilla Short Brown. Had a great race, attacking hard and spiking pretty much everything. Biggest hesitation was probably at 4 where I hadn't read the gullies on the map (or my cd, clearly). Started 1' behind a lass from EUOC who I caught at the first control and then had trouble shaking her off until the 3rd from end. Tried not to let this distract me, or the annoying beep on the GPS watch which has somehow got set with some target pace and beeped at me every 30" or so telling me to "speed up". Maybe that's why I ran so well ;-)
Feeling better in terrain than I have for ages which is specially pleasing after a long run yesterday.
