Running 42:00 [3]

Went along to Scolty with the intention of doing the O, but part way there realised my heart wasn't in it and I would get more from doing a decent hill session instead. Been plodding round too many forests recently and need to start making it hurt a bit more. 20' w-u, jog back down the hill between sets and jog back to the car after.

Running hills 27:00 [5]

3 sets of 3 x 2' + 1' with jog back part way between reps and all the way back down between sets. Good session. Time to get back to some quality.

Glenshee again. Bitter wind and nasty squalls in the morning but cleared up later, thankfully. At least we could see the runs today. Some great skiing and a good day out.

DNC at Tilquhillie. No idea how long I was out, but certainly not the best run. Quite enjoyed it in a strange way. Good escape from a tough work day.

Day at Glenshee. Plenty of snow but very foggy / flat light. Got off to a wobbly start with E (it's been too long) but things improved after a few runs down Sunnyside.

Note

Walk up Carnferg with J and E. Up the big track from Balfour and back by the gamies cottage. Bit dreich but dry at least.
