Wee jog round Glen o Dee whilst E doing his course. Didn't fancy O and didn't need any more than this today. Legs tired but felt better once warmed up.

Magic ride with E and J from the distillery over to Glen Muick, down the west side of the glen and back along the SD road. Beautiful day and a lovely route.

Long run from Dinnet - along the river bank to Cambus, DW to forest, 1 1/2 loops in the lower woods, then up to Cnoc Dubh, down to the Muir, loop between the lochs, then back round Kinord a-c.
Set out feeling not great - legs ok, but not enough quality sleep this week. Time seemed to be on a go slow, and this felt like a v long 3 hours. Was hoping to do 30km, did 27.4km in the end and would have struggled to go further. Pace dropped to >7m/km by the end. Felt a lot further than 2km more than the last run, but this was mostly on small paths and rougher ground.

Left foot sore under the arch this morning, so decided to avoid running today.
Lovely spin round Loch Kinord in the late afternoon light. Dinnet Muir did its stuff for the pick-me-up as always.

Big fail. Up at 4:15 for day at Schipol. Brain buzzing, but not with Birsemore. Logged as a run rather than O, as I did more of the former than the latter. Should know better than to go out when in this state.
Forget it.

Feeling tired. Meant to be a quality session so I tried at least to run most of it as tempo, but don't think I was moving very quickly (no GPS to check).
