Fair bit of running around at training - warm-up with TS and jog back from top start, shadow RG round white, and control collecting from up the top.
Could have got away with just 2 courses for the TD5 and yellow training which would have saved some effort.
Finishing off control hanging at Carlogie. Only had an hour to get it done while E at tennis, which helped focus the mind. Much less faffing and moving a bit quicker. Had to do a bit more taping than expected at one point where young birch is taking over.
Hanging kites for Sunday's training at Carlogie. Lots of faffing and it all took much longer than it should (out for 2.5h) without even getting everything out. Probably been a bit over ambitious with the planning (as normal). Glad I went today as I need to do some re-planning where track is completely overgrown. Undergrowth has come up quite a lot and already quite heavy going. Wasn't moving very fast.

Been feeling really awkward since I was out in the forest. Guess I'm not used to terrain at the mo. Felt really stiff stretching.
From tennis courts to golf course, round Aboyne Loch and back. Legs feeling much better than yesterday. Would like to do Handicap tomorrow, but maybe not quite recovered enough for that. Lovely afternoon and hot even at 5:30.
E didn't want to go up to Glen T and I didn't take much dissuading - still v tired from Sunday. So just had a wee jog down to the river and looped back by the Drumnagask road. A real plod. Legs feeling like lead.
