Running 1:25:00 [3]

Maroc run from Easter Balmoral to check out terrain for the new map. Mix of track and forest. Not moving very fast through terrain, with tired legs on the hills. Pretty much dried up overhead and feeling much milder.

Running 1:15:00 [3]

Got dropped on the way home at the CP between Dinnet and the gliding strip, and ran back along the DW. First 30' or so felt pretty good with the wind behind me, and ableto open up a bit more ont he flat track. Felt harder work from the middle of Aboyne but managed to keep going ok until the last hill.

Hilly loop round the woods. Tried to work on the hills. Not feeling too bad.

Just the one load of manure. Arms still sore from two days ago.

Note

Pleasant walk with E round Loch Kinord - swans, geese, toads, ducks and more people than I've ever seen before going round the loch. Out for 2ish.

Running hills 28:00 [5]

14 x 1' + 1' up the Fungle. Jog back 3' before the last 3. Was feeling really crap on the w-u - body hadn't got going for the day - but was hopeful that the hills would be ok once I got going, and they were.

With J from the tennis courts to foot of Fungle, then back by Cistern track and round the loch. Felt much better by the end.
