Orienteering race 1:03:00 [5]

SOL 2 Polmaise and Sauchie, short brown. Ran a very clean race and thoroughlly enjoyed it. Finished before the rain came on but then had to wait for E and got very cold. Surprised by all the comments about "tough" and "green" - didn't seem that bad to me.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

Felt tired heading off to the start but was ok once I got warmed up.

Orienteering race 41:00 [4]

Erskine urban race. Great area and well planned courses. Really enjoyed it and had a pretty clean run.

Late arriving. Had already missed start time and was running tight to get E out too. So only a brief 5 mins sprint before start, but an extended warm down shadowing E round the junior course.

Steady recovery run round H'head. Not sure what chance I'll have this evening. Chilly.

Setting out Maroc training at Bellwood. Was a bit over ambitious and it took ages to set out string etc. Quite a nice idea but I'd only do it again if I had plenty of time. Disappointing turn out. Good that the keen ones are getting supported and E had a good session, but really need more people along to justify time and effort.

Tested out 2 of my loops running quite hard. They worked quite well.

Running hills 30:00 [4]

DR at Glen Tanar. 8 x 2' + 2' up the diagonal track. Solidly at the back throughout the session, but at least I did it.

Running warm up/down 35:00 [2]

To start of the hill and back down the Osprey track at the end. Really enjoyed being back out at Glen Tanar and to have some nice training company.
