Travelling to Antalya.
Not looking good for running this week - in the middle of urban sprawl. Mountains look good. Shame I'm not going to get any nearer to them.

Short control picking course at Cambus (no controls). Not Oing very well and felt really awkward (back niggling from gardening and L achilles tight).

Map run in Birse and Balfour with J. Tough going in Birse but some nice running in Balfour. Will make a great area - hope we can get it mapped sometime soon.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3]

Very tempted to let the car drive me straight home from work, but managed to make it turn off for the Hill of Fare. Warm up / down round the bottom track

Running hills 45:00 [5]

6 x 2' + jog back recovery on the bottom hill at E end of HoF. First hills for ages, so was kind on myself and didn't time the recovery (was probably 2:20ish). Felt dreadful, but was getting pretty much to the same spot that I recall from the last time I did reps here.

Loop round the woods and fields at dusk. Double progress to have a snow free run at 6:30pm.
