Very tempted to let the car drive me straight home from work, but managed to make it turn off for the Hill of Fare. Warm up / down round the bottom track

6 x 2' + jog back recovery on the bottom hill at E end of HoF. First hills for ages, so was kind on myself and didn't time the recovery (was probably 2:20ish). Felt dreadful, but was getting pretty much to the same spot that I recall from the last time I did reps here.
