Mountain biking 1:15:00 [3]

From Dinnet - Ballater with E on the tag-along. Had lunch in Ballater before heading back. Legs never felt great but enjoyable trip out.

Note

Cold still lingering. Not really any worse, so hopefully just need a couple more days to lose it.

Orienteering race 21:00 [5]

Scottish sprint champs at Lossiemouth. Great fun. Excellent sprint area needing full concentration. Stuffed up at 15 - didn't have a plan on the leg, switched off for a second and then didn't have a clue where I was. By the time I stopped and relocated I was well off line. Probably lost about 1min - far too much for a sprint race. Also misread a depression as a hill and overshot at 9. Legs didn't feel great after 3 days off.

Probably not enough warm-up, but difficult in the quarantine zone.

Intervals at H'head. 15 x 1' + 1'. Surprisingly ok considering the weekend. Maybe my recovery time is finally starting to improve.
