Peeing down all day. Stopped at E end of Hill of Fare on the way home - knew that once I got home I'd never get out of the house again. Did 5 x 2' with 2' jog back on the direct route up to the mast. Felt I was getting reasonable distance. From clump of heather near bottom - 2m short of ride, far side of ride, to ride, 10m short of ride, 2m short of ride.
Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]
Round the bottom track out and back before and after. Felt virtuous at the end. Actually managed 2 (short) interval sessions this week - wow!
