Hanging and collecting controls at Shooting Greens and a short loop shadowing AB to try and warm up.

Planned to head out for more of a run after training but was feeling pretty wiped out (poor sleep for 2 nights now) so had some lunch and a snooze instead. That seemed to do the trick and felt up for an easy trot round the woods and fields late afternoon. Bonus of a lovely full moon against a purple sky and a good sunset in the other direction. Feeling better for that in the head at least.
