Jog to start of intervals and back from top of the hill

Glen Tanar with DR. 15x1'+1' hill reps. Up the east end track. Felt like I had nothing in my legs from the start and wasn't really able to reach max effort. Hopefully still a worthwhile effort though. Good turnout.
