Went the other direction from town to run on the river instead of the canal for once - a nicer path than I was expecting it to be, so ended up as quite an enjoyable exploration.

Late call up to the A team so properly bricking it, but luckily the course is only 2 miles long so at least the suffering is over with quickly! Got mega lactic burn but ran way better than I expected to. 3rd fastest time of the day (behind my two team mates!) winner winner
