NLFR fartlek session - 4 loops doing different speeds between the lampposts with 2mins between each one. Actually quite tough on the legs with all the accelerations. Felt like a good sprint specific session anyway!

4 weeks of steady running completed :) Going to start introducing a bit of "speed" work again and see how things go. I really miss Leeds City sessions but I would get dropped so fast at the moment! Would like to be able to get into a good routine of Tuesday and Saturday sessions again by April if possible.
