Doing a little bit of pacing down at the track - 4 x 1mile steady 4:15-4:30ish pace. Might be a bit too much to run 2 days in a row just yet but it was so good to be back in my happy place (even if I’m a long way from being able to do a session!)

I’m back!! Well not really but at least I am no longer in pain & am allowed to start building up slowly again. Just going to enjoy the process and not get stressed if I can’t race 100% for a while. Will be flying along by the summer and have forgotten all about this blip I’m sure :)
