3 x 5min on the field - calf was ok with this but still a bit twingey - a rubbish week of training though, have felt really flat and tired and lacking in motivation. Hope I can rally for one more weekend and then very keen to just get into some winter miles.

Emergency calf massage has eased things off thank goodness, was getting a bit stressed about next week. Now uncomfortable but no longer painful when running. Will keep sensible until it’s happy.

Got less than 2mins into the run and my calf became extremely painful & had to walk back. :-( Not ideal. Nothing hurt beforehand but it does now.
