3 x 5min on the field - calf was ok with this but still a bit twingey - a rubbish week of training though, have felt really flat and tired and lacking in motivation. Hope I can rally for one more weekend and then very keen to just get into some winter miles.
Keeping things easy & trying to stay in one piece. Will hit the weights properly again post Czech.
Feel like a new person today though, cold is on its way out.

Emergency calf massage has eased things off thank goodness, was getting a bit stressed about next week. Now uncomfortable but no longer painful when running. Will keep sensible until it’s happy.
