Thought I might be ok after feeling better on yesterday's run, but there is a big difference between running and racing. Clearly have not learnt my lesson from the last time I did this and ended up in hospital. Stupid. Felt weird from the off and finally listened to my body and stopped on the third lap. Should never have started in the first place. A few more days of easy running only. More important races to be healthy for.
