Test race - right on the pace at 13, then I read the wrong control description and binned 25 seconds thinking I was at the wrong control :-( such a stupid way to ruin a good race! After that I could just tell I was missing 4 weeks of training & struggled round the final dead running part.
Apart from that one control though I'm really happy with myself technically. My fitness will come back with a couple more weeks down the track. Then I'm excited to smash some races again :-)
