Very tired still but at least my tonsils have pretty much halved in size since yesterday so I do seem to be getting away with this.

National 6 stage - cannot believe we actually won, 1st time ever in our club history!!! :) :)
I really wasn't feeling brilliant at all but luckily managed to do enough - it's quite handy when your entire team is made up of people who've run for Great Britain ;-)
Also ran the whole thing solo in the lead which was very cool.
Just an all round awesome day!

Back to work today and almost back to normal, yusss! Running feels so joyous after a little break. Might not be the best shout health wise but my legs feel good & our nationals team really is too awesome to miss out on tomorrow. Bring it Rotherham.

Body seems to be responding :) Dosed up on penicillin and feeling better all the time. Even OK for a little jog by this evening & I actually felt pretty good! Don't want to get too excited but everything crossed to still be feeling good in the morning...
