Night O in Sheffield - body had no zip to push, had to walk up a hill :(, but starting to feel a bit more with it after a lot of rest. Really concentrated on doing good orienteering to compensate.
Apparently the british orienteering rankings think that's my best race of the year - 50 points more than a podium at the JK, what a joke!
