York Uni - ran the men's course for some extra controls but felt unable to push on really. Still I enjoyed it & it will be good to start some technical analysis from today again. HR a load of rubbish, monitor is def broken.

4.5 hours hiking around Dalby forest. Planned to run but knackered and napped instead.
